1. Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [Your Customer Service Email/Phone]. Orders that have entered the shipping fulfillment process cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must initiate a return within [e.g., 14 or 30] days of receiving your item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as digital products, gift cards, and personalized/custom-made items. Please see product descriptions for details.
- Process: To start a return, please contact us at customer@telexcell.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).
3. Exchanges
